John Keating at The Certified Hut LLC has established a property management system to aid homeowners in improving and maintaining the quality of their home.   

New home owners. Real estate agents should be comfortable knowing an experienced inspector will help guide their clients on a smooth transition into their new home. This includes onboarding of systems and identifying and managing local service providers to address issues or improvements.

Ongoing home ownership. To maintain the value of your home, maintenance and improvements should be addressed throughout the life cycle of a home. Additionally, arrangements for home monitoring while owners are away is also a service.

Owning a home is a big investment but improving and maintaining it will help your investment grow.

New home buyers. New home roadmap and identification of maintenance and improvement goals.

Away from home management. Piece of mind if vacationing, renting to a tenant, or away from your residence (e.g. monitoring, snow removal, etc).

Ongoing. Ongoing management of your home and the services you require (e.g. major systems (e.g. heating); painting; improvements, repairs and more.
